We are located in a rural area in what was once a farming village known as Cedarville. There were a number of small industries with 18th century homes set along a winding road. We work to preserve this historic atmosphere and we maintain nature trails and wildlife habitat. Due to the sensitive ecology of the area, we ask that visitors do not use the area for walking dogs.

The Benjamin Nye Homestead & Museum is an historic preservation project of the the Nye Family of America Association, Inc. a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and is listed on the National Registry of Historic Places. We are affiliated with the organizations listed below:
